On the eve of the professional holiday – Entrepreneur’s Day of Ukraine – business representatives – “Uzhgorod City Council” were congratulated.
“Dar Mlyn Zakarpattya” LLC, all of whose facilities are located in Uzhhorod, was founded in June 2023.
The production is unique and has no analogues – the company is an exclusive producer of whole grain flour from wheat, black wheat and black spelled. They work according to the developed technology of special production of whole grain flour specially for the Biligrain product project (Khmelnytskyi region). The quality indicators of flour of all three types are very high.
“Whole grain black spelled flour is produced for the first time, because this is the first harvest of this product in the world. And only we make this flour, which is very unique not only for our region, but also for the country,” the company says.
Whole-grain flour from spelled and black wheat is very useful and suitable for people with diabetes, oncology and stomach diseases.
The head of the company is Roman Korkishko, originally from Alchevsk. Engaged in passenger transportation across the demarcation line. Militants detained him and sentenced him to 12 years in prison in the summer of 2019. Was released from captivity in December 2019 during a prisoner exchange.
The production capacity is 400–500 tons of flour per month with further export to Austria, Romania, Poland, England.
The goal of the enterprise, according to the manager, is to make products as accessible as possible to people.
Charity is one of the components of the company’s activities. They help the communal institution of social protection “Center for Social Support of Children and Families “Obiyma” of the Dnipro City Council, which is currently located in Veliky Berezny. There is constant support for defenders, in particular military unit A 7029.
