Spelt is a wild ancient wheat that was cultivated by mankind as early as 7,000 BCE.
Our black-grain spelt is a unique innovative grain rich in antioxidants and beneficial nutrients inherited from wild heather (wheatgrass and blueberry).
We exclusively use black spelt grains to make our whole wheat flour, which is:
